They further talk about how their challenges as a venture have changed, ranging form onboarding clients in the starting years to looking at new offerings amidst the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic.

With regards to adapting as per the pandemic, they discuss the transition of going online from offline and how they’ve witnessed a trend of companies looking to scale up via L&D as well focus more on employee engagement to keep morale high across the board. Keeping L&D as the focal point of the discussion, they also talk about the changing methodologies and the future of the industry post the COVID-19 era.
